“Qloud MSP” is a wholly owned company of Qinetics Services Sdn Bhd which specialize into IT Managed Services and IT Outsources Services with a regional company headquartered in Technology Park Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) pioneer-status company. Qinetics started business since year 2000 with the initial focus on Domain Registrar business, and through its subsidiary. With years of large scale experienced in IT Outsource Services and IT Infrastructure management, Qinetics Services has expanded our portfolio of customers to various industries – covering insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, governments, Oil and Gas, healthcare, conglomerates, charity organizations and many more. Our consistently growing customer base is attributed to our strong solutions on-time, consistently meeting the requirements of critical business applications for our customers. In year 2011, IT outsourcing group was transformed as Managed Services Provider (MSP) by adopting into latest technology with criteria’s such as 24/7 Remote monitoring management (RMM), supports Cloud computing and establishment of Network Operation Centre (NOC).
