For Return and Refund Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or orders, kindly contact us immediately at [email protected] or via Support Portal to raise your concern and dissatisfaction.


Refund Policies only apply with the following conditions;

  • Delivered or received the wrong product/services which do not match with the orders by the customer.
  • Products/Services are defective upon delivery and not caused customers and no longer than seven days.


Items Ineligible for Return

  • Out of our offering and not originally our products/services.
  • Wrong orders were made or paid by the customers.
  • Products that have been tampered with in terms of software/hardware.
  • Customers own mistakes.
  • Over the seven days grace period to report any defective.
  • Products/Services have already been used or activated for more than seven days.
  • Damages under customers custodian.
  • External factors that not part of our Service Level Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

*We reserved the rights to reject the request of refunds if invalid reasons were given or any proof that caused by other factors which shall not be liable by us. We ensure your request and feedback will be reviewed handle according to the Service Level Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Commercial Transaction and, or associated Terms and Conditions.


Refund Methods

Your refund will be issued after we have received and examined your item(s) at our RMA or Service Center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. 

  • PayPal and Payment Gateway refunds, we will issue a credit to your account which should post within 14 business days.
  • Credit card refunds via payment gateway services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank by payment gateway services. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
